I haven’t received my new password even after tapping on the reset button.
Your password can not be reset by tapping the reset button. First, you will receive a reset confirmation by email to the email address you have registered.
- If you have already received a reset confirmation email:
Please access the URL written on the email. Your password will be reset and you will receive another email with your new password. - If you haven’t received the reset confirmation mail:
Please go to the SETUP menu and check if the registered email address is correct. If there is a mistake, change your email address to the correct one and start the password reset from the beginning. - If there was no mistake on the registered email address:
Please restart the password reset from the beginning. If you still haven’t received an email after one hour, please try again later.
