The AirTag display won’t change even when I move.

“If the location information on your mobile device is correctly retrieved, the Air Tags will move in accord with your movements.

However, if location information is not retrieved smoothly for some reason, the Liveview display may not reflect your movements properly.

The location information on Sekai Camera is retrieved by using a feature called Core Location on the iPhone. In some cases, when the iPhone sensors do not recognize your movement, the new location will not be informed to Core Location and will cause this problem.

When this happens, please move to a place where the GPS reception is better and restart the application.”

What does an indicator show?

“The indicator on the top of Liveview contains the following information:

  • Location accuracy. It will be displayed in three levels, “”high”", “”normal”" or “”low”".
  • The status of your network connection
  • The Air Tags that exist in the location that surrounds you. The white dots are Air Tags displayed on Liveview, the grey dots are the hidden Air Tags due to your settings on Air Filter.

If the indicator is displayed too small, tap it to enlarge.”

What do the different movements that Air Tags show mean?

Air Tags that are floating on Liveview are animated according to their situation.

  • Air Tags that have been posted within 24 hours will look as if they are swaying from side to side.
  • Air Tags with more than 20 comments will look bigger, as if they are full.

Why does my Liveview look white?

Your settings may be in “Aerial perspective” Effect mode. On your iPhone Settings > Sekai > Effects, turn the feature OFF. When turned ON, the Liveview will look white as if it’s foggy when the location accuracy is low. When the accuracy is higher, it will look clearer.
