If Sekai Camera does not start, please try following steps after you install the application.

1. Update your OS
   Sekai Camera requires iPhone OS 3.1 or later. You need to update iPhone OS to the latest version if it is prior to 3.1.
   To check your version, choose Setting > General > Version.
   You can refer to the Apple web site to update your iPhone OS.
2. Restart your iPhone
   Restart your iPhone even if you use the latest OS and Sekai Camera does not start.
   To turn off your iPhone, hold down sleep/wake button for a few second, and run the slider across the screen.

If this step does not resolve the issue, please contact the support center via e-mail.

Please go to your iPhone “settings”, and tap “Sekai Camera” to check your version information.

If you wish to delete your Account ID, please send us an email in either English or Japanese.
Please include the following 2 points in the email:

• Your request to delete your Account ID
• Your registered Account ID (This is not the user name shown on Air Tags etc.)

After checking the 2 points above, please send it to:

You will then receive a confirmation email. After we receive a reply to this confirmation email from you, we will delete your Account.
Once your Account is deleted, your previous Air Tags will be deleted as well. Once an Air Tag is deleted, it can not be retrieved again. Please consider carefully before you ask to delete your Account.

＜Please Note＞

• The “Account ID” is what you need to login, and it is not your user name that is seen on AirTags or your profile.
• If your email address is not registered, we can not delete your Account ID since the confirmation email can not be sent.

Yes, you can. You can save as many Air Tags as you wish in your pocket.
The Air Tags in your pocket are more like a bookmark rather than a copy. So you can also keep the same Air Tags several times in your pocket.
If an Air Tag is deleted, it will not disappear from the list in the pocket, but you will not be able to tap on it to see the details.

As long as an Air Tag is not deleted, it will remain in our systems and be displayed indefinitely.
The original Air Filter settings are set to show Air Tags posted within the last week, but by changing the settings, you will be able to see all past Air Tags.
However, some Air Tags may not be displayed depending on how densely populated the location is – if there are many Air Tags, we prioritize to display newer ones over old.

If you have either a 3G or WiFi connection and are able to update your location with a GPS, Sekai Camera can be used all over the world.
However, please note that data-roaming and other connection methods outside your home country may be very costly.
