What is the device related information that you obtain?

When Sekai Camera is turned on a message saying that Device ID information is being obtained will appear. The information obtained here indicates iPhone’s UDID (Unique Device Identifier). No other iPhone information is obtained.

The UDID will be sent to Sekai Camera’s server every time you login. We obtain this information in order to verify the device. If you do not wish to send your UDID, you should NOT use Sekai Camera. To exit the application, tap on the iPhone home button when you turn on the application for the first time, while the dialog is on display. The application will shut down, and your UDID will not be sent to the server. please also refer to our Privacy policy for details.

I want to delete my Account ID.

【Method to delete Account ID】

※Same method for both PC and Smartphone.

1．Login to Sekai Camera Web

※Sekai Camera Web is Sekai Camera’s web based service.

2．Click or tap on the “Setting” button, shown on the top right hand corner of the screen.

3．Click or tap on the “Deleting your Account”button , shown on the top right hand corner of the screen.

4．After you have confirmed the precaution statement, make sure the account ID is the same one that you are desiring to delete.

Then input your password and click or tap on “Withdrawal”.

※After deleting your account ID, that same account can never be reused.

※If you are going to reuse Sekai Camera, please register your account ID with letter strings other than the one that you were previously using and fill in your email address.

※In addition, we ask users to respond to survey when they wish to delete their account ID.

If you are using iOS4.1, the Air Menu icon may not be active when it is installed from App Store.

To use Sekai Camera on your iOS4, you need to change the settings so that Sekai Camera could refer to your location data.
Please try these procedures:

1. Choose Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Location Warnings.

2. Run Sekai Camera and tap OK to the location warning.

If the problem is not solved after these measures, please try the following:

* When connected to Wi-Fi, there are times Sekai Camera cannot connect with the server due to firewall settings. Turn off Wi-Fi and try using Sekai Camera through 3G networks.

* Restart your iPhone and run Sekai Camera again.

* Uninstall Sekai Camera from your iPhone completely, and install it again from the App Store.

Sekai Camera does not start after installing the application.

If Sekai Camera does not start, please try following steps after you install the application.

Update your OS
Sekai Camera requires iPhone OS 3.1 or later. You need to update iPhone OS to the latest version if it is prior to 3.1.
To check your version, choose Setting > General > Version.
You can refer to the Apple web site to update your iPhone OS.
Restart your iPhone
Restart your iPhone even if you use the latest OS and Sekai Camera does not start.
To turn off your iPhone, hold down sleep/wake button for a few second, and run the slider across the screen.

If this step does not resolve the issue, please contact the support center via e-mail.

What languages are supported in Sekai Camera?

Sekai Camera supports the following 7 languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish.

On your iPhone, please go to Settings > General > International > Language to select a language. Once a language is selected, the menu and messages will change into the language of your choice.
There are no limits to the choice of language when you input text (i.e.: on text Air Tag posts or your profile registration). Languages other than the 7 mentioned above are not supported by Sekai Camera.

How can I check my version information?

Please go to your iPhone “settings”, and tap “Sekai Camera” to check your version information.

Can I put several Air Tags in my pocket?

Yes, you can. You can save as many Air Tags as you wish in your pocket.
The Air Tags in your pocket are more like a bookmark rather than a copy. So you can also keep the same Air Tags several times in your pocket.
If an Air Tag is deleted, it will not disappear from the list in the pocket, but you will not be able to tap on it to see the details.

How long will Air Tags be displayed?

As long as an Air Tag is not deleted, it will remain in our systems and be displayed indefinitely.
The original Air Filter settings are set to show Air Tags posted within the last week, but by changing the settings, you will be able to see all past Air Tags.
However, some Air Tags may not be displayed depending on how densely populated the location is – if there are many Air Tags, we prioritize to display newer ones over old.

Can I use Sekai Camera in different countries?

If you have either a 3G or WiFi connection and are able to update your location with a GPS, Sekai Camera can be used all over the world.
However, please note that data-roaming and other connection methods outside your home country may be very costly.
