How do I leave a footmark?

Footmarks of other users will be recorded on your “footmark” list when the other user has his/her Air Profile setting ON, and approaches you within about 300m from your iPhone by a straight line distance.

However, depending on the position of each other and the position-fix accuracy, footmark of the user might be recorded when this user is more than 300m away from you and the footmark might not be recorded even if the user is approaching you within 300m.

Moreover, a footmark of the user cannot be recorded either when the approaching user has his/her Air Profile setting off or when he/she is blocking you. Also, when viewing Sekai Life, footmarks will not be recorded.

＜For iPhone＞

If you are logged in to Sekai Camera, you can check your Account ID on your iPhone “Settings” application, referring to “Sekai Camera”.

＜For Android＞

If you are logged in to Sekai Camera, you can check your Account ID on your this APP, referring to “SETUP” menu.

If you tried that already and still can’t find your account ID, please send us an email in either English or Japanese.

Please include the following 2 pieces of information in your email:

Your request to check your account ID
Your registered email address

Please send your email to

We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address, and if there are no problems, we will give you your account ID.

＜Please Note＞

The “Account ID” is what you need to login, and it is not your ‘username’ that is seen on Air Tags or your profile.
If your email address is not registered, you cannot receive a new account ID since we will not be able to confirm your identity.

When you forgot your password, you can reset it in the following ways:

＜When you are logged in to Sekai Camera＞

Please check if your email address is registered on the SETUP menu. If your email is not registered, insert your email address and tap “OK”.
Tap on the reset button (the key icon) on the SETUP menu.
A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. Please access to the URL shown on the email.
You will receive a new password on your registered email address.
If you are logged in to Sekai Camera, please logout from the SETUP menu.
Login with your account ID and the new password, and go to SETUP menu to set a new password of your choice.

＜When you are logged out from Sekai Camera＞
Please send us an email in either English or Japanese.

Please include the 3 following information in your email:

Please indicate your request: [password reset request]
Your registered ‘Account ID’ (NOT your ‘nickname’ that is shown on Air Tags etc.)
Your registered email address

After checking the above, please send an email to:

＜Please Note＞

If your email address is not registered, you can NOT reset your password since we will not be able to send you a confirmation email.

I changed my profile picture but it hasn’t changed on my Air Profile.

When you change your profile picture, it will take a short while until it is reflected in our Services. Please wait a moment.
If your profile picture does not change on your Air Profile, please restart Sekai Camera.

I moved and changed location, but Air Prof is not following me

Air Profile will update your location information (latitude and longitude) when and only when your iPhone recognizes a new location or that you have moved. For this reason, Air Profile will not update unless iPhone’s sensors sense that you have moved. For example, when you are using the subway, Air Profile may freeze at the point where you went underground.

Also, even when it does recognize a movement, there may be a delay in reflecting it to Sekai Camera depending on the situation of the internet connection.

When I turn off Sekai Camera, how is my Air Profile seen by others?

Your Air Profile cannot be seen by other users when you have turned Sekai Camera off. Your Air Profile may still appear after turning Sekai Camera off depending on your connection, but it will disappear after a while.

I want to cancel the Air Profile function.

You can cancel your Air Profile from the SETUP menu in Liveview (LANDSCAPE position).
Slide the “PROF” switch below your profile picture to set it off, then tap “OK”.

How can I see my Air Profile on Liveview?

Your Air Profile tag is displayed right above your iPhone.
Hold your iPhone up above yourself, and you will see your profile tag floating over your head. Please be careful while holding up your iPhone.

What information can other users see on my Air Profile?

Air Profile shows information that you registered in SETUP (i.e. nickname, description, and profile picture).
Other users can also browse your self-introduction and profile picture through Liveview by tapping on your Air Tag, and then tapping your profile picture.
The content displayed through Air Profile, and the content displayed on any Air Tag’s profile are the same.

I have not received my password even after accessing the URL shown on the password reset email.

The URL shown on the password reset confirmation email has an expiry date for security reasons. After the expiry date, you will not be able to reset your password by accessing the URL.

In that case, please reset your password from the beginning.
