Your password can not be reset by tapping the reset button. First, you will receive a reset confirmation by email to the email address you have registered.

• If you have already received a reset confirmation email:
  Please access the URL written on the email. Your password will be reset and you will receive another email with your new password.
• If you haven’t received the reset confirmation mail:
  Please go to the SETUP menu and check if the registered email address is correct. If there is a mistake, change your email address to the correct one and start the password reset from the beginning.
• If there was no mistake on the registered email address:
  Please restart the password reset from the beginning. If you still haven’t received an email after one hour, please try again later.

Please go to the SETUP menu to change your email address.

You can change your nickname whenever you like.

Please go to the SETUP menu from Sekai Camera and display the SETUP view.

When you tap on your nickname, a keyboard will appear, and you will be able to enter your new nickname. You may also use Japanese characters.

Please go to the SETUP menu to change your password.

You can not change your account ID. If you would like to have a new account ID, please create a new account.
