What is the device related information that you obtain?

When Sekai Camera is turned on a message saying that Device ID information is being obtained will appear. The information obtained here indicates iPhone’s UDID (Unique Device Identifier). No other iPhone information is obtained.

The UDID will be sent to Sekai Camera’s server every time you login. We obtain this information in order to verify the device. If you do not wish to send your UDID, you should NOT use Sekai Camera. To exit the application, tap on the iPhone home button when you turn on the application for the first time, while the dialog is on display. The application will shut down, and your UDID will not be sent to the server. please also refer to our Privacy policy for details.

Can I reply to a comment on an Air Tag?

Open the relevant Air Tag and tap “Text” “Comment” to post a text/photo comment. Please note that there may be some authorized Air Tags that cannot be commented on.

How do I leave a footmark?

Footmarks of other users will be recorded on your “footmark” list when the other user has his/her Air Profile setting ON, and approaches you within about 300m from your iPhone by a straight line distance.

I forgot my Account ID.

<For iPhone>

If you are logged in to Sekai Camera, you can check your Account ID on your iPhone “Settings” application, referring to “Sekai Camera”.

<For Android>

If you are logged in to Sekai Camera, you can check your Account ID on your  this APP, referring to “SETUP” menu.

If you tried that already and still can’t find your account ID, please send us an email in either English or Japanese.

Please include the following 2 pieces of information in your email:

  • Your request to check your account ID
  • Your registered email address

Please send your email to

support@sekaicamera.com

We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address, and if there are no problems, we will give you your account ID.

<Please Note>

  • The “Account ID” is what you need to login, and it is not your ‘username’ that is seen on Air Tags or your profile.
  • If your email address is not registered, you cannot receive a new account ID since we will not be able to confirm your identity.

I forgot my password.

When you forgot your password, you can reset it in the following ways:

<When you are logged in to Sekai Camera>

  1. Please check if your email address is registered on the SETUP menu. If your email is not registered, insert your email address and tap “OK”.
  2. Tap on the reset button (the key icon) on the SETUP menu.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. Please access to the URL shown on the email.
  4. You will receive a new password on your registered email address.
  5. If you are logged in to Sekai Camera, please logout from the SETUP menu.
  6. Login with your account ID and the new password, and go to SETUP menu to set a new password of your choice.

<When you are logged out from Sekai Camera>
Please send us an email in either English or Japanese.

Please include the 3 following information in your email:

  • Please indicate your request: [password reset request]
  • Your registered ‘Account ID’ (NOT your ‘nickname’ that is shown on Air Tags etc.)
  • Your registered email address

After checking the above, please send an email to:

<Please Note>

  • If your email address is not registered, you can NOT reset your password since we will not be able to send you a confirmation email.
  • The “Account ID” is what is required to login, and it is not your ‘nickname’ that is seen on Air Tags or your profile.
  • Your Account ID is important in administering our services – please don’t forget it.
