Sekai Camera does not start after installing the application.
If Sekai Camera does not start, please try following steps after you install the application.
- Update your OS
Sekai Camera requires iPhone OS 3.1 or later. You need to update iPhone OS to the latest version if it is prior to 3.1.
To check your version, choose Setting > General > Version.
You can refer to the Apple web site to update your iPhone OS. - Restart your iPhone
Restart your iPhone even if you use the latest OS and Sekai Camera does not start.
To turn off your iPhone, hold down sleep/wake button for a few second, and run the slider across the screen.

What languages are supported in Sekai Camera?
Sekai Camera supports the following 7 languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish.
I don’t want other users to see my Footmarks.
As a rule, your Footmarks will not be recorded unless both you and other users have the Sekai Camera application up and running at the same time.
However, when you turn off Sekai Camera after using it with Air Profile ON, your Footmarks may keep on recording. Another exception is in cases when your Air Profile is ON, and your mobile device cannnot locate itself for some reason. In both cases, the recording of your Footmarks will stop after waiting for a short while.
Will my Footmarks be recorded even if Sekai Camera is turned off?
As a rule, your Footmarks will not be recorded unless both you and other users have the Sekai Camera application up and running at the same time.
However, when you turn off Sekai Camera after using it with Air Profile ON, your Footmarks may keep on recording. Another exception is in cases when your Air Profile is ON, and your mobile device cannnot locate itself for some reason. In both cases, the recording of your Footmarks will stop after waiting for a short while.
How and when are Footmarks recorded?
A Footmark will be recorded when you have your Sekai Camera application up and running with Air Profile turned ON, and another Sekai Camera user who has his/her Air Profile ON comes within approximately 300 meters of your iPhone.
