When Sekai Camera is turned on a message saying that Device ID information is being obtained will appear. The information obtained here indicates iPhone’s UDID (Unique Device Identifier). No other iPhone information is obtained.

The UDID will be sent to Sekai Camera’s server every time you login. We obtain this information in order to verify the device. If you do not wish to send your UDID, you should NOT use Sekai Camera. To exit the application, tap on the iPhone home button when you turn on the application for the first time, while the dialog is on display. The application will shut down, and your UDID will not be sent to the server. please also refer to our Privacy policy for details.

However, depending on the position of each other and the position-fix accuracy, footmark of the user might be recorded when this user is more than 300m away from you and the footmark might not be recorded even if the user is approaching you within 300m.

Moreover, a footmark of the user cannot be recorded either when the approaching user has his/her Air Profile setting off or when he/she is blocking you. Also, when viewing Sekai Life, footmarks will not be recorded.

If you are logged in to Sekai Camera, you can check your Account ID on your iPhone “Settings” application, referring to “Sekai Camera”.

＜For Android＞

If you are logged in to Sekai Camera, you can check your Account ID on your  this APP, referring to “SETUP” menu.

If you tried that already and still can’t find your account ID, please send us an email in either English or Japanese.

Please include the following 2 pieces of information in your email:

• Your request to check your account ID
• Your registered email address

We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address, and if there are no problems, we will give you your account ID.

＜Please Note＞

• The “Account ID” is what you need to login, and it is not your ‘username’ that is seen on Air Tags or your profile.
• If your email address is not registered, you cannot receive a new account ID since we will not be able to confirm your identity.

When you forgot your password, you can reset it in the following ways:

＜When you are logged in to Sekai Camera＞

1. Please check if your email address is registered on the SETUP menu. If your email is not registered, insert your email address and tap “OK”.
2. Tap on the reset button (the key icon) on the SETUP menu.
3. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. Please access to the URL shown on the email.
4. You will receive a new password on your registered email address.
5. If you are logged in to Sekai Camera, please logout from the SETUP menu.
6. Login with your account ID and the new password, and go to SETUP menu to set a new password of your choice.

＜When you are logged out from Sekai Camera＞
Please send us an email in either English or Japanese.

Please include the 3 following information in your email:

• Please indicate your request: [password reset request]
• Your registered ‘Account ID’ (NOT your ‘nickname’ that is shown on Air Tags etc.)
• Your registered email address

• If your email address is not registered, you can NOT reset your password since we will not be able to send you a confirmation email.
• The “Account ID” is what is required to login, and it is not your ‘nickname’ that is seen on Air Tags or your profile.

【Method to delete Account ID】

※Same method for both PC and Smartphone.

1．Login to Sekai Camera Web

2．Click or tap on the “Setting” button, shown on the top right hand corner of the screen.

3．Click or tap on the “Deleting your Account”button , shown on the top right hand corner of the screen.

4．After you have confirmed the precaution statement, make sure the account ID is the same one that you are desiring to delete.

Then input your password and click or tap on “Withdrawal”.

※After deleting your account ID, that same account can never be reused.

※If you are going to reuse Sekai Camera, please register your account ID with letter strings other than the one that you were previously using and fill in your email address.

※In addition, we ask users to respond to survey when they wish to delete their account ID.

1. Update your OS
   Sekai Camera requires iPhone OS 3.1 or later. You need to update iPhone OS to the latest version if it is prior to 3.1.
   To check your version, choose Setting > General > Version.
   You can refer to the Apple web site to update your iPhone OS.
2. Restart your iPhone
   Restart your iPhone even if you use the latest OS and Sekai Camera does not start.
   To turn off your iPhone, hold down sleep/wake button for a few second, and run the slider across the screen.

If this step does not resolve the issue, please contact the support center via e-mail.

On your iPhone, please go to Settings > General > International > Language to select a language. Once a language is selected, the menu and messages will change into the language of your choice.
There are no limits to the choice of language when you input text (i.e.: on text Air Tag posts or your profile registration). Languages other than the 7 mentioned above are not supported by Sekai Camera.

However, when you turn off Sekai Camera after using it with Air Profile ON, your Footmarks may keep on recording. Another exception is in cases when your Air Profile is ON, and your mobile device cannnot locate itself for some reason. In both cases, the recording of your Footmarks will stop after waiting for a short while.
