2. Let’s Post Air Tags

This page details the procedure to post Air Tags and create comments. Cover your surroundings with Air Tags and create a fourth dimension that you can share with other users!

Posting Air Tags

When logged in, you can post either a ‘TEXT’, ‘PHOTO’ or ‘SOUND’ Air Tag by selecting the corresponding icon from the side menu. You can also select a frame of choice for your Air Tag on the Air Tag posting screen.

Tap ‘POST’ to create an Air Tag where you are located. The direction and height of the Air Tag will depend on which way your camera is pointing when you post it (or in the case of PHOTO, when you take the photo itself). All users will be able to see the Air Tags you have posted. Only you, and no other user, will be able to delete the Air Tags that you have posted.

Posting Air Shouts

An Air Shout is an Air Tag that is viewable by all Sekai Camera users within a 100 meter radius from your location. To post an Air Shout, tap the ‘SHOUT’ button (below the ‘POST’ button) on the text tag posting screen. An Air Shout does not stay at the location but flies away for up to 100 meters until it disappears. Users can view an Air Shout that is moving through the liveview and catch it and see the details by tapping on it. Catch it if you can!

Posting Photo Tags and Sound Tags

You can also post images and sounds as Air Tags.
A Photo Tag can be posted by selecting the ‘PHOTO’ icon from the side menu.

Tapping ‘SNAP’ takes a picture of whatever is captured in the frame and displays the image on the screen.
Select a frame of the Air Tag and tap the ‘POST’ icon to post a Photo Tag.
Tap the ‘RETAKE’ button if you wish to retake the picture.

You can post Sound Tags by selecting ‘SOUND’ from the side menu.

Tapping ‘REC’ starts recording. You can record sounds for up to 30 seconds.
Tapping ‘STOP’ stops recording. Selecting ‘PLAY’ plays back the recorded sounds.
Select a frame of an Air Tag and tap the ‘POST’ icon to post a Sound Tag.
Tap ‘REC’ if you want to record the sound again.

Posting Comments

You can post comments on the selected Air Tags by tapping on either of the icons ‘TEXT’, ‘PHOTO’ or ‘SOUND’. Comments are posted in the same manner as making Air Tag’s.
All users can see the posted comments. The latest 50 comments will be displayed on any Air Tag. As stated previously, only YOU may delete Air Tags that YOU have created. Please note that once you delete any of your Air Tags, any additional comments on that Air Tag will also be deleted.
